Shapes

Shapes: I used shapes in my tension project with the curls and in my project 3 with the stars.

Fill and Stroke

Stroke: I used the stroke tool to change the thickness of my lines in project 3, so some of my stars and lines are thinner or thicker than the original.

Fill: I used the fill tool to change the colors of my stars in project 3.

Text to Outlines

Text on a Path

Text on a path: I used text that followed the path of my perimeter project and my interpretation of the symphony project.

Simple drawing with a pen tool

Pen Tool: I used the free form pen to make my wise owl.

Group objects

Group: I used the group tool to move several of my stars at the same time in project 3. I even tried to see how it looked if I grouped many stars and rotated them. I kept some of those in my project.

Using the ruler, guidelines, and grid

Grid: I set a grid background to make sure the ruler property would work with my figures in project 3.
Rulers: I couldn't find the rulers in this program (it was in the table of contents, but only for an updated version, which I didn't have) so I just used the grid and lines to measure the length of my figures in project 3. The second figure was made to be half as large as the original.

Scaling

Scale: I used the scale tool to change the sizes of my stars in project 3.

Rotating

Rotate: After I made reflections of my stars in project 3, I rotated a couple to make the pattern unique.

Reflecting

Reflect: I used the reflect tool to make mirror images of my stars in project 3 and also to show symmetry in the first project.

Using the free Transform tool

Transform: I used the transform tool to change my stars in project 3 and change my spirals in the tension project.

Exporting files (.jpg, .gif, .png)

Each time I put a new project on my wiki page, I had to save it and export it as a bitmap and then it became a .png file.

Width and Height Tools:
I used the width and height tools on my layer project 4 part 2 to ensure that my 2nd layer outline was exactly the same size as the original image.
